No appointment is required for your first visit. Please visit our clinic during reception hours.
For subsequent visits, we may ask you to schedule an appointment depending on the examinations required.
(Dilated eye examinations and eyeglass prescriptions can usually be performed on the same day.
However, as these examinations require additional time, we may ask you to schedule another appointment depending on how busy the clinic is or if you arrive shortly before the reception hours end.)

If you would like to use the elevator, please contact us by phone in advance.
Please note that larger wheelchairs (such as self-propelled wheelchairs) cannot pass through some areas of the clinic. You may need to transfer to another wheelchair.
